TNS
Management is from various recognized public and private sectors having very
professional background .Vision and meticulous planning has made TNS what it
is today. Management team is putting its constant, determined and consistent
efforts and striving hard to drive the company to touch new heights of
success. A brief introduction of the management team who are going to define
the future of COOLSWAY and
protect its interests is given below:
IR
Pant – Managing Director, a Graduate Engineer from Regional
Engineering College, Allahabad had been in project planning and rollouts in
telecommunication networks for several years. Served various organizations
like Airtel, ESCOTEL (Idea), Lucent before starting the company as founder
member. Since then actively involved in telecom turn key roll outs, Cold
storage solutions and development of Structure based products.
Ajay
Kant Rai – Director, a Graduate Engineer in Civil and Structures from
University of Mysore with total 19 Years of experience in various Projects.
As specialist in structures, had been in designing of Dams and power houses
in his early years and later joined telecommunication companies to design
and roll out telecommunication infrastructure across India. Joined TNS as
founder member and actively involved in telecom turn key roll outs and
design and development of Structure based products, heading Infra Business
Unit.

Veryani – Director, a Graduate Engineer in Mechanical from BITS,
Pilani with total experience of 34 years in ITI Ltd handled important
portfolios like product design and development in initial stage of work and
later shifted in marketing and became Regional Head for north India. Joined
TNS as founder member and heading TNS Network Business Unit.
